Kim Barth

Kim came to BackOffice Thinking with over 15 years of project management experience spanning a wide variety of project types - from marketing and communications to banking software implementation and lots in between.

After spending most of her career in the financial services industry, she’s thrilled to be putting her project management skills to work for the nonprofit world!

Kim’s strengths are in the details. She thrives on organization and communication by working diligently to keep projects moving ahead as planned and providing frequent updates along the way. That also means she’s constantly taking notes, creating and updating documentation, streamlining processes, and making sure everyone knows what’s next on the ‘to-do’ list (and that they’re doing it)!

Outside of work, her passions include travelling (to the Caribbean in particular), cooking, crafting, volunteering in the community, and spending time with her family and her dogs.
