Kelly Johnson joined BackOffice Thinking as a Salesforce Consultant at the end of 2018 after spending over five years with an international Philadelphia-based non-profit as a Program Officer, where she also led the firm’s transition to the Salesforce platform.
Prior to this, Kelly held marketing, product management, and marketing research roles in a diverse range of industries including: financial services, publishing, and engineering consulting. Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
Outside of work, Kelly is an active volunteer in her community. She serves on the board and leads fundraising and communications efforts for the Chester Creek Trail, a Delaware County (Pennsylvania) non-profit that initiated a rail-trail project that is now central to the county’s regional trail network plans. She is an active volunteer with a local land trust, her family has hosted many exchange students (most recently through Rotary International), and she took many young girls on their first camping trip during her seven years as a Girl Scout leader. Kelly enjoys working with clients and helping them customize solutions that work for their organization’s needs so they can focus on their mission.
