Tam joined BackOffice Thinking in November 2019 as Assistant Project Manager. She brings extensive experience in customer relations, workforce management, and business continuity, and has a passion for nonprofits and their mission.
Processes and details drive Tam to excel as a project manager. Known as a "gatekeeper" in her previous roles, she brings her infectious upbeat personality and eye for continuous improvement to BackOffice Thinking. Tam has a B.A. in English and Marketing from Chestnut Hill College and is working towards attaining her PMP certification.
In her spare time she is often volunteering for several local nonprofit organizations alongside her children. As a former collegiate athlete Tam is often playing or watching sports, enjoying adventures, and exploring the arts and cultural scene with her family. When not performing mommy duties she can be found playing the drums for several bands and church groups throughout the Philadelphia area and traveling.
