What's the right nonprofit CRM for your organization? We'll guide you to the right answer.
At BackOffice we live and breathe nonprofit CRMs. We partner with many nonprofit CRMs and have worked with almost all major nonprofit CRMs over the past few years. Over the past 12 years, we have developed a strong comprehensive process that ensures you are making a great choice. We take a holistic approach considering your people, processes and technology.
Choosing the right core technology may be one of the most important strategic decisions you’ll make. We’ll guide you to the right decision.
We start with a Discovery and Assessment phase followed by Software Selection. Choosing the right core technology may be one of the most important strategic decisions you’ll make. It changes how your organization operates and–because of the cost and effort involved–you’ll probably only have one chance to get it right. If you’re like most nonprofit leaders, you understand a CRM is critical to your business, but need help making the best selection.
Feature Info
Pre-Sales
Small or large, we do a lot before you pay us any money. Our Pre-Sales team will discuss your situation, we’ll send an extensive questionnaire to ensure we understand your situation, and one of our Team Leaders (often our CEO Paul Keogan) will spend an hour on a phone/video reviewing your needs and ensuring we develop the right assessment plan for you.
Holistic Approach
Your CRM must fit with your people and processes. CRMs have different strengths and weaknesses and they need to match your organization.
Assessment
We have developed a comprehensive Assessment process starting with creating business and technical inventory of your systems, workflows, integrations, web forms, users, etc. We then can assess your situation and determine what’s most important.
Feature Review
What features are important to you? We start with our proprietary feature matrix that includes close to 500 detail features (close to 50 around fundraising alone) and help you identify the few key ones that will help us narrow the selection process.
We’ll Be Your Guide
An assessment process is detailed and specific to your unique needs. We have developed common questions to lead your team through critical decision points that guide you to the best CRM selection. We thrive on technical partnerships with our nonprofit clients and friends.
We’ll Find Stuff You Didn’t Know About
Hidden spreadsheets, manual processes, rogue online event registration processes. You name it, we’ve seen it. We’ll find it and we’ll probably know why it exists and how to prevent it from happening in the future.
