Small or large, we do a lot before you pay us any money. Our Pre-Sales team will discuss your situation, we’ll send an extensive questionnaire to ensure we understand your situation, and one of our Team Leaders (often our CEO Paul Keogan) will spend an hour on a phone/video reviewing your needs and ensuring we develop the right assessment plan for you.

We’ve converted from dozens of CRMs including Raiser’s Edge, e-Tapestry and Donor Perfect as well as homegrown Access, Excel, and File Maker Pro databases. Data conversion can be complex. We have developed a thorough and complete data mapping and data conversion process to ensure this difficult process is as smooth as possible.

Training

We work with our CRM partners to develop an appropriate Training Curriculum for your team. For larger implementations, we develop admin training and train-the-trainer processes.

Website Integrations

A CRM should not be siloed. It should be integrated with your website and potentially other web platforms. We’re experts in web simple form integration (donation, event, membership volunteer) and advanced web portals as well as eCRMs. We will ensure your CRM is expertly integrated with your website.
