In order to provide a better member experience and expand its membership, a high-level approach was developed to tackle the main pain points. By migrating to Drupal and adopting Neon CRM as an integrated membership management platform, the Cakeheads site could present a clear path for new members to join and provide a portal for members to engage more fully with each other. Success Cakehead’s members now have a user-friendly portal where they can log in and access all of their benefits. In one place, they can discover new projects, recipes, and stories from the blog, manage their accounts, and access tutorials.
