BackOffice Thinking evaluated the website and created a new design with photography as the core feature, to highlight the vitality and active nature of the organization. In thinking through navigation, clear avenues for potential members, potential residents, existing members, volunteers, and content advocates were created. The redesigned website more strongly conveys the organization’s active and independent living member community, which has increased engagement.
