Solutions CMS, Web Design Technology WordPress Scenario Baykeeper was on the Drupal 7 CMS which was approaching end-of-life. They identified a need for more flexibility with page styling, and more control over the website design in general. They wanted to follow modern best practices for forms, from security settings to triggered popup prompts. A full redesign and upgrade was imminent, but they weren’t sure what platform would best meet their needs. Solution BackOffice Thinking considered Baykeeper’s needs and provided two options that would address their interface issues. They could rebuild their website on Drupal 10, or move the website to a premium theme on WordPress. The decision was made to move to WordPress. Content from Drupal was migrated over, and their CiviCRM database was connected to the new website. Now with their new modern website, best practices are easier to follow. The WordPress block editor provides all the styling options and flexibility Baykeeper needs.
