Termination & Transfer Protocol In the event that you choose to transition to a new provider or self-hosting, we commit to a “Clean Break” process to facilitate a smooth handover. Request Process: A transfer request can be initiated at any time by contacting us via our support email or by contacting your account manager. Timeline: Transfer packages are typically provided within 5 business days. We commit to completing all requests no later than 10 business days. What is Included: A full SQL dump of your CiviCRM and CMS databases. All user-uploaded files (images, attachments, documents). A copy of the site codebase, including open-source extensions, custom code developed for your project, and configuration files.
