David W. Doligalski

Dave Doligalski offers a unique and powerful combination of talents leveraging his over 30 years of information technology experience, combined with a keen business sense. 

From web and systems design and development to technology infrastructure to marketing and sales, Dave has the knowledge and experience to provide in-depth expertise in the information technology arena. He maintains exceptional technical skills including software and database development, as well as having a firm grasp of business issues including resource distribution, change management, client management, and execution.

Before joining Backoffice Thinking, Dave served as the Chief Technology Officer of Allegiance Marketing Resources, a provider of internet-based loyalty marketing solutions to business-to-consumer clients. In this role he oversaw, managed, and participated in all technical aspects of the business. For the last five years of his tenure, he also was in charge of all operational aspects of the company, serving as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to Allegiance, Dave implemented Warehouse Management Systems and Shipping Logistics Systems for numerous clients, including Random House (publishing), Plow and Hearth (mail order/catalog), and Advanced Fox Cellular (distributor). He also participated in the definition of 2-dimensional bar-coding standards in the logistics industry.

Early in Dave's career, he held various technology and product management roles in the insurance industry. He was instrumental in the development of the first networked connectivity between state insurance departments, and developed a vertical market software program analyzing the financial standing of international reinsurance companies (ultimately a product of Standard and Poor's). He also served as publisher of an extensive set of insurance statistical and reference publications and actively participated in numerous sales and marketing functions.

In addition to Dave's role at BackOffice Thinking, he is the Co-Executive Director and Business Director of New York Chamber Musicians, a non-profit organization dedicated to offering the very best of classical, contemporary, and world chamber music in intimate settings performed by world class chamber musicians.

Dave holds an Extra Class Amateur Radio License (K3IX).
