Their version of Drupal was approaching end-of-life and upgrading required a full redesign. CEA’s old website wasn’t helping current members find benefits and take advantage of them. They wanted a new site that would educate old and new users about the valuable resources available. Solution BackOffice Thinking developed and implemented a plan to migrate the old website to the new one and rebuild features within the new Drupal framework. The new website included familiar components the organization had used in the past and incorporated a new strategy for a more intuitive flow to help different user types find the appropriate information.
