FSA's approach to working with both members and partners is rooted in our Quaker heritage. Solutions CMS, CRM Implementation, Systems Integration, Web Design Technology Drupal, NeonONE Scenario Friends Services Alliance (FSA) recognized the need for updating their website and a more robust CRM in order to be more in alignment with their mission and level of services. They weren’t sure which systems to use and wanted professional help to ensure their needs were met. The new website needed to be modernized and provide easy access to programs, services, and include a membership portal. The CRM needed to match the staff’s skill level and capacity to manage member information, while maintaining consistent branding across both systems. Solution BackOffice Thinking met with staff to understand their specific needs, assessed the options, and determined a Drupal integration with Neon One would be the best solution. An updated design was created to incorporate branding across systems. New features put more focus on highlighting programs and services with event listings, a centralized resource hub, a new member portal, and a robust mobile experience. The new website and Neon One integration has transformed the organization’s web presence while providing staff with integrated systems that are easy to use and manage.
