As current events and news stories significantly impact the Center’s work, the value of the site relies on keeping updates and critical issues at the forefront. Solution BackOffice Thinking developed a home page layout that focuses on breaking news and top priority projects, to make accessing important information simple. The ILRC’s vast library of digitally-available content needed to be indexed and categorized to ensure users could quickly and easily find what they need, using any device. Success The Center now has a website that fits its needs and clearly communicates its most important information. A revamped Resource Center allows users to search for resources by issue, project, and relevant keywords.
