Solutions CRM Implementation, Tech Assessment Technology LOCATE, Salesforce Scenario As Iowa National Heritage Foundation (INHF) continued to grow, its database couldn’t keep up with operations. Tracking constituents, grants and other key business aspects became increasingly difficult causing issues throughout the foundation. INHF decided a new database was the key to supporting future growth. Solution BackOffice Thinking helped INHF select LOCATE and Salesforce NPSP to solve its database challenges. We built a plan to move INHF from its current database to the two new platforms. Creating a smooth integration process was key to making the transition seamless and effective for INHF. Success Once the integration was complete, INHF saw greater improvements throughout the organization.
