Solutions Systems Integration, User Interface (UI) Technology NeonONE, WordPress Scenario As a leading statewide organization supporting thousands of early childhood professionals, WECA faced a common challenge: siloed data. Educators and child care business owners struggled to track scholarship status, stipends, and professional development in one place. WECA needed a centralized, 24/7 portal to provide personalized data and streamline the administrative experience for their members. Solution BackOffice Thinking developed MyWECA, an all-access portal designed to act as a portal for early childhood support. By integrating WordPress and Neon CRM with Single Sign-On (SSO), we created a system that powers a dynamic dashboard for each logged in user. A custom data integration plugin pulls real-time information into personalized data cards, allowing both Individual Accounts and Child Care Business Accounts to manage program enrollments, view scholarship contracts, and track center-wide services in one secure location. Success 24/7 Connectivity Members now have an all-access portal to manage WECA programs and services anytime, from anywhere. Personalized Dashboards A centralized dashboard uses informational “cards” to display real-time data on enrollment, key dates, and eligibility for additional support. Personalized User Dashboard Business-Specific Tools Specialized accounts allow business owners and directors to track services for their entire child care center, including WEESSN and staff T.E.A.C.H. scholarships. Streamlined Support The portal saves members time by providing immediate answers to program questions, modeled after the ease of health care portals or online banking. Multilingual Accessibility To ensure equitable access for Wisconsin’s diverse workforce, the portal supports multilingual capabilities, providing critical resources and dashboard information in both English and Spanish to support native speakers and ESL educators.
