Implementation and migration from Raiser's Edge and Luminate to Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack and Rally Bound.
After completing an needs assessment and software selection, BackOffice successfully migrated NephCure's legacy data from Raiser's Edge and Luminate to Salesforce NPSP. In addition to the NPSP, we also implemented the following Salesforce apps: Predictive Response, Rallybound, and iATS. Before implementation, NephCure had a lot of problems accessing the hosted version of Raiser's Edge and Luminate. They did not have the ability to customize the system for their unique needs. In addition, these systems were poorly supported and had "upgrades" that would break the system.
