Our lives keep getting busier and busier. Since the pandemic started, the set of tools we use to communicate and collaborate to get things done with our peers and with our business partners keeps growing (email, real-time messaging apps, Zoom, etc).
If you are relying heavily on Slack for messaging within your team, you might want to read on! You are now able to submit your support requests to us via Slack as well. No more switching back and forth from Slack to email to ask for our support and to see our response. All the communications around your support ticket can take place in Slack through a shared channel.
(One caveat: the service we’re using to make this work requires that you subscribe to a paid Slack subscription.)
